Some recorded programs do not appear in "My Shors"

I have One Pass set up for a number of programs that do not appear in "My Shows." I just did a search and found one of the programs I did not appear to have recorded and the system says the program is in My Shows. I'm able to play it following the search, yet cannot find it for the life of me in My Shows. This is really frustrating. I'm new to Tivo and suspect it is a neophyte problem. I'd appreciate some help. Thanks.
