TiVo Server Keeps Crashing

I'm running Desktop Plus 2.8.2 on a Windows Ultimate x64 machine. Been a long time since I've even opened it up, although I know it used to work fine. My TiVo is a Premiere XL. They are both on a wired network.

When I start up the Desktop and hit the Pick Recordings to Transfer button, I get the error TiVo Desktop did not find a TiVo DVR on your home network. and the TiVo icon in my system tray shows a red X. The error message references section 3.1 of the release notes. Been through those and don't see anything wrong. The Bonjour service is definitely running.

Just checked Windows Event Viewer and can see the following error multiple times:
