Since the guide upgrade, my Tivo premier has several channels with "to be announced". This is a 3 week old problem with several calls made to Tivo support. Did multiple guided resets-nothing works. Now my OTA channels are showing "upcoming" with no info. My problem was "escelated" to...whatever. The CSR tells me I will need to be patient. That my case will be reviewed within another week. I lost it! Told him I've been patient for 3 weeks now, and what possible reason would it take another week to review my case?! Now here comes the good part. He transfers me to a supervisor, the supervisor appologizes for my inconvenience, and in the middle of his sentence-we get disconnected! I call back and happen to get the same CSR that transfered me to the superviser(a miricle in itself). The supervisor comes back on and again appologizes for the technical mishap, and asks "what can I do to help you?" I say you can make it to where I can actually use my Tivo...then again-DISCONNECT! Doesn't take a brain surgeon to know the supervisor hung up on me...twice!
The only reason I stay with Tivo is because of OTA on my Premier. But this behavior from customer service is troubling. Is this what Tivo has become? Any advice is appreciated.
