Problem with coaxial input port?

I have several SD-DVR40 Series 2 DirecTivos but one of them is having a problem.

This particular DVR worked fine when I first baked the hard drive with InstantCake. However, about 2 weeks ago, the SD-DVR40 has problems with receiving the input. One of the two inputs has a problem with the satellite signals. The picture from this channel pixelates badly and the DirecTV SW displays an error message on the bottom: "Searching for input signal: Satellite In 2".
