I bought a second Roamio Pro on the summer sale. Tried to pair the CableCARD online with Comcast, but it wouldn't accept my login credentials...

I called the Comcast CableCARD pairing line (877-405-2298), and Vonda answered the phone in about 10 seconds. Not only did she get it paired in a few minutes and know everything about TiVos, but she noticed that my original 2-year commitment was up and said I was paying way too much. After a few more minutes she sent me a text with an "Accept" link...
