Can I stream from Roamio to an Inactive Premiere?

Looking at pricing options.... I have a lifetime Premiere and two monthly Premieres. Was thinking of going with a Roamio Pro and doing all the season passes on it, then streaming to the lifetime Premiere and inactivating the other Premiere. Can I still stream to it? Or does streaming require either lifetime or monthly agreement?
