Slide Pro remote with Roamio, address issues

I just got my new Roamio today. I ordered a Slide Pro remote at the same time. I got them to pair without issue. The problem is I can't get the remote to change it's address. I have an older Premier so I can't leave it on address zero. I go through the instructions, but the Roamio still shows address zero.



I can get my old Tivo remote to change the address on the Roamio (which I of course don't want to do), but not the Slide Pro.



Ideas?
