What remote to get for Tivo and HDMI switcher?

I have too many remotes. I want to buy a nuerversal remote and no pirce is too low. (cheaper is good) I just want to make sure it can do teh following: Work with tivo (thumbs up and Thumbs down etc) and with my HDMI switcher.
