Car detail survey with samples

I subscribe to a survey group here in Dallas. They send emails with surveys that are coming up, and list things they are looking for to see if you qualify. I've never qualified, or never got a email back if I did.



A few weeks ago I get one in the mail with 3 different groups they are doing



1- men over 18 who wash/wax their own cars

2- men over 18 who shampoo ( ?)

3- men something about lawn care.



I answered back for all 3 groups.



last week I get a call saying I was possibly in group for the Car wash.



They asked me more questions, like Have I ever heard of Meguiers, Armorall turtle wax etc... Said yes of course..

Also asked how important a named brand was. Told them Very! I'm not going to put something I haven't read about on car.



So she said I was accepted, and to expect some samples in the mail, and they want me to use the samples, then come to the meeting and discuss with others who also used them ( they pay $200.00).



So these are the samples,4-5 each of Car Wash, Car Wax, Car Detail, and Tire Dressing. All just letters and numbers so I don't know what brand they are. but they want me to:



Use Wash 1A on hood

use wash 2a on left panel

use wash 3a on right panel



use tire dressing 1a on left front

use tire dressing 2a on left rear



So yes all samples all at same time. And to bring in car because group is going to go out and see everyone's car. ( 5 samples of car wash at same time gonna be a PITA)



Also has 2 pages of questions on each for me to fill out before meeting.



I'm thinking do I want to do this to my car? ( 13 Optima)They wouldn't send like dish detergent for the car wash.. etc. But it is $200.00 and I could always put that toward a professional detail ( grin)



I hope they tell us afterwards what brands they were, in case some are really great, or not so great and stay away from....
