I have a TiVo Premiere XL4 and noticed my guide hasn't updated for the past 3 or 4 days. So I checked my network connection, and the last successful was 3 days ago. I don't get a specific error, just under status it says "Failed unrecoverable error". I tested my network connection and TiVo says it it is working. I am wired directly into my router, and all my other connections (wired and wireless) seem to be working fine.
I am not sure what can be causing this. Is there anything to try?
