So... thoughts?
This is from David Caspe, the guy who made Happy Endings. And also stars Casey Wilson, who was in HE. And happens to be his RL wife.
This was one of the more erratic pilots I've ever seen. There were parts that were drop-dead funny. Laugh out loud funny, with some great twists you don't see coming. There were also parts that were frustratingly dumb (like the opening scene--just TURN AROUND already).
In its favor, it has a great pedigree, and sitcom pilots are notoriously challenging. Also like almost all the actors. Nobody I don't like. So I'll give it another.
But will America?
