One channel not active

Have two Roamios ...one working ok...the other is not picking up one channel(58)...says " go to cable company" I have the 72 basic channels from TWC...It should be on Chn 58..(57 and 59 work ok..)

Have had the one that is working for two weeks...the one not working installed yesterday and all was working...went to 58 this am and got error mgs...



I have tried changing channels with remote...from the guide and putting in manually....still get same mgs..



Any help will be appreciated...
