Roamio not responding at all

This morning, I woke up to a Roamio tuned to QVC and completely non-responsive to the remote. Any button press results in the "clang" sound that means error and the yellow light on the box lighting up. I've power cycled the TiVo twice now. Each time, it seems to power up normally until the point where you normally get the little dancing TiVo movie. However, instead of the movie, I get a black screen, hear a short "blip" sound (the normal button press sound, I think) and then QVC with the behavior described above.



Any thoughts? Dead hard drive maybe?
