Roamio with TWC just does not work!

I have a Tivo Roamio and I am a TWC subscriber in NYC since the beginning of September. I have gone through 4 cable cards & 4 Cisco STA1520 Tuning Adapters. I have spent easily ten hours on the phone with TWC cable card support, and I can't get my service to work for more than 2 hours at a time.



Nothing I set records and when I look in my history it is due to "no signal". If i change channels more then a couple of times in an hour everything stops working and I need to reset my tuning adapter. When things do show up as recording they are usually "choppy", cutting in and out ever 2 seconds with lines running through the screen or the screen is completely black.



I literally have to reset my tuning adapter and box every single night...which in turn makes me lose all the EMMS being sent to my box, which then means i need to call cable card support and start all over. Basically if i want to watch TV i need to call TWC support have them reset everything and then i can record and watch a couple of things for an hour or so. If i come back later in the night nothing is working correctly.



At this point TWC has basically told me that they can't help me and if I want to receive the channels I should rent a cable box from them.



I've read through a bunch of threads but don't really see a solution. Has anyone seen anything like this? I'm literally stumped, it has become extremely frustrating that i'm basically paying Tivo & TWC essentially for nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions??
