TiVo OTR with Xfinity Go

I'm thinking about upgrading my TiVo HD to a Roamio OTR. I don't have cable and typically watch basic OTR shows. For the last year I've been using my parents username and password to watch the occasional Xfinity On Demand shows and HBO Go on my ipad.



Can the Roamio OTR use the internal app to watch Xfinity Go without a cablecard just like I can watch Netflix currently?



I don't watch enough TV to get Xfinity and don't have access to a cablecard.
