Model 652 w/ a CC & a tuning adapter on a TWC system.
All of a sudden, when I change channels, most of the time (no pattern) the video appears, but there is a 2-4 second delay in the audio. Also, there is a short burst of digital switching noise (rapid clicks) that lasts for a second before the program audio is heard.
I also had another round with the tuning adapter, all stations were black, power cycling solved that for now, but that is another story. I have a 2nd 652 w/ a TA and tried that on the problem setup, but the same thing with the audio.
The audio is routed through the Sharp TV's HDMI input (I tried the other HDMI input and the same thing). It leaves via the analog audio out (1/8" stereo mini that doubles as a headphone out) to an analog compact receiver.
This just started out of the blue. No pattern to which stations are affected. It also affects OTA stations (antenna), but not as much.
I'm thinking it's the TV itself though I haven't check that yet, but will. Any ideas on the delayed audio and this 'digital switching' burst of noise?
