So, I can think of three ways that Team Arrow survives:
1) Someone switched out the Alpha Omega virus with a knockout drug
2) Despite the flashback, there is a cure for the AO virus
3) Somehow the team members were inoculated without their knowledge
I think 3) is least likely, since the virus did not knock out the inoculated people in the flashback.
I did not catch any clues as to which one it may be. Anyone see anything?
How likely is Maseo to stay dead? They could always bring him back with the magic waters. Especially since they might want to question him to see who leaked the information.
I suppose they could also bring back all of Team Arrow with the magic waters, but that would be lame.
