Can using MOCA affect cable box signal?

Hello everyone, I have a Roamio Plus with 2 Minus that I just purchased. With the help of my friends I the Mini forum I was able to get MOCA up and running for my Monk's. Unfortunately I have another problem which I'm not sure is related to me setting up MOCA. I have cable boxes in two other rooms and I can no longer get certain channels (MTV 2, most of the Nickolodeon channels) to name a few. I can receive those channels no problem on the Tivo's. Also the sound and picture cut out on channels 7 and higher and On Demand programs won't play either. I took the 2 boxes back to Time Warner and got 2 new ones but still have the same issue. I have the cable coming into the house going to a 2 line amplifier, 1 line from that going to my modem and the other going to a POE filter then to the input of a 4 way splitter and then 1 of the lines going to that going to another 4 way. ALL the splitters are rated at at least 1000mHz. I am going to try one of the boxes with just the line coming into the house and see if they work. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
