CBS, NBC, ABC & FOX on TWC have Audio/Video Stuttering & Pixelation

CBS, NBC, ABC & FOX on TWC have Audio/Video Stuttering & Pixelation.

Every week I have to do a total reboot (Roamio and Tuning Adapter) to get things back to normal.

Is anyone else seeing this on Time a Warner Cable? It's only affecting major networks not cable stations like HBO & TOON. WEIRD!
