Desktop Has Wrong Version

I am being forced to upgrade to the new DVR from Comcast but we will have a Series 1 an 2. The TiVo® Desktop Plus software for PC has been acting up, saying it is the wrong version. (But haven't upgraded in ages)

I ran Belarc,and and three others to obtain the serial number. But never once came up for it unfortunately. I am wanting to consider moving that to another system. I am just having to get the shows off from the Motorola DVR 3412 1 - since Comcast made me update their box. I moved one system up here but no wireless code. I am hoping that since it installs, it seem a new device (it did earlier but I was not connected to the Internet, I had copied the driver over. I seems like this wireless is so old

Unfortunately, it seems that Kevin, rep 2414 is no longer there. I tried to get this cell phone he seems to be the only one who understands everything. Plus for whatever reason, Comcast would always bring use= the wrong box.

So I guess I need to take the computer downstairs and hook it up unless I find the drivers needed for MS7. I found only older adapter and is as really load, Linksys did support the 'new connections).
