Genie-Go Recordings on TiVo?

Can you transfer directv recordings from a genie using a genie go to your PC and then use Streambaby to stream them on your Roamio? Transfer them to Roamio?

I know you can't get a DirecTiVo and have it on the same network to transfer or stream to/from a Roamio right? You have to have the same MAKs and the DTiVo doesn't have a MAK correct?
