HD uprade for Roamio OTA

I started reading the upgrade thread but it wanders for 2700+ post.

Simple question:

Can I use WD20EURX or WD30EURX drives to upgrade the Roamio OTA without needing to upgrade the power supply? Both of these drive are WD Green AV-GP drives.
