Intermittent loss of reception of OTA and minis

Didn't see this anywhere else but I have a Roamio OTA and 4 minis connected via moca on ethernet actiontec ECB2500C adapters putting 4 rooms throught my house and a direct connect via an ethernet cable from the ota all going thru my cable modem (Motorola surfboard gateway wireless N) to send AV to all 5 monitors. If I'm lucky, I can reliably receive reception on 3 of the 5 monitors. They can switch from any 3 monitors to the other two or sometimes (rarely) all 5 monitors will work for a brief time. Is there a formula for not overloading the 4 moca driven monitors IE leaving the sets on basic ota channels to make sure at least two are reserved for amazon prime streaming operations to keep all units broadcasting something or should I just unplug an unused mini to keep from overloading the system. I have noticed my monitor connected directly to my tivo OTA via hdmi cable will sometimes experience buffer overruns to the tune of every 10-15 seconds making a show unwatchable. This monitor is the only one that is not connected via the moca system. Would it help to buy another cable modem/router and port 2 of the 4 moca monitors over to the additional modem? I only have 3 ethernet ports on my existing modem as one of my ports goes to a switch to run my voip phone and 2 computers. Can you even use another integrated modem/router to do such a thing if I supplied it with my cable via a splitter to feed both modems. I only have comcast internet on my service and about 6-8 basic cable channels which I needed for my upgraded internet speed. Help.
