Existing customer starting service on new Roamio+. Was told by support I may have to wait from 2-24 hours for service startup. Is this legit or a "take 2 asperin and call us in the morning..." nonsense? In the meantime box is stuck in a perpetual welcome-connect-name this dvr loop hanging on the name this dvr screen. I've never had to wait for these boxes to initialize. Load new program info fine, but not to have reception, never!
I'm not a happy camper and the "wait 2-24" is not acceptable for me. This may be the end of a 15 year Tivo relationship! :mad:
