Roamio vs Premiere?

Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade my faithful old ReplayTV to a Tivo. Could you please tell me the major differences between a Premiere and a Roamio? I understand that both are compatible with Xfinity on Demand, is that right? Is the Roamio worth the higher price?
