TiVo Guide ran out - TiVo accounting changed service fro Lifetime to monthly

Anyone else run into this?

TiVo accounting department changed my fully paid (in 2010) Lifetime service to monthly pay then my Guide ran out without notice. TiVo tech support is dragging its feet to resolve this issue. Several calls, emails and case numbers issue is still not resolved and may still take an additional 5 working days until someone at TiVo looks at my issue - my time is worth something.... What has happened to TiVo? It used to be a responsible and responsive company.

Case numbers 04455086 and 04462434 if TiVo is monitoring.

Funny side note I have owned 4 TiVo's all with Lifetime service - 3 are still currently working. I have a Roamio Pro with lifetime subscription sitting in my TiVo cart and was about to purchase it but that plan is now on hold.
