TivoHD - Since Menu Change - select "netflix" = hang. Help?

Hi - I have a TiVOHD with regular use and no other issues. works great. I've even used it to access Netflix before the change.

Now that it's on the front menu, when I select Netflix I get a blank screen with "Please Wait" - that's there for many minutes before i give up and reboot.

Can anyone shed any light on what's going on? How to debug?
