VUDU not on Premiere running 20.4.7a-01-2-746?

My sister's TiVo Premiere (2 tuner OTA) is running 20.4.7a-01-2-746, but does not have VUDU as a provider. I thought that it was supposed to be on this version. Can anyone confirm one way or another?
