We watch cable on our PLS two-tuner Premiere, we have only one TV. I'm going to add another TV elsewhere in the house. I assume I have to buy a separate PLS if I buy a Roamio, so this would be a big investment.
Is it as simple as buying a Roamio and calling in the Comcast tech to hook up another room and activate the CableCard? Or would a Mini be a more economical solution instead? If I buy a Roamio, is the hard drive user-upgradable? (For the Premiere I bought a prepped hard drive that I installed.)
I haven't been following Tivo products since I bought my Premiere and am not sure what would be the best solution. What would you do in this situation?
