I have a collection of TV show episodes on DVD (4 DVDs) that I'd like watch via the TiVo (Roamio) in my home gym. For the sake of argument let's say I have the decrypted .VOB files already ripped onto a hard disk on my Windows PC. Is there software available that can process the collection of .VOB files into a collection one episode-per-file .MPEG files?
For example, I have six .VOB files containing three episodes of the show ripped from the first disc, and the first episode ends part-way through the second of the six .VOB files. I can combine the .VOBs into a single file, make copies, and trim the beginning/end as necessary, but that's a lot of work for four disks and thirty episodes.
Is there an easier (automated) way to process the twenty-plus .VOB files into thirty individual .MPEG episodes? I have VideoReDo. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
