Channel Missing/No Signal for Channel

Hello,

I am trying to determine if this is a cable company (Comcast) problem or a Tivo problem before I contact Comcast. It seems like this happened during the guide update around late August but I just haven't had time to troubleshoot it.

I have one channel (local Fox Affiliate in HD) does not work. SD version works of course. The on-screen message shows "Searching for Signal" and when I go into the Tivo Diagnostics, it shows that there is no signal for that channel and the modulation goes between QAM 64 and 256. I will attach a picture.

I have tried restarting and rerunning the Guided Setup.

Any ideas on what the cause might be?
