C133 Error on Bolt+

Basically it claims the TiVo Service is temporarily having a problem, but I went to the status update site and everything is running just fine. Error C133.

Let me say this:
Recently deactivated Bolt, Activated Bolt+ with Lifetime Service (Yesterday).
Bolt+ is plugged into the same Coax as Bolt was.
Using MoCA Connection - Coax Cable that leads to a splitter, which leads to the FiOS device that Verizon originally installed in my garage.
Have Frontier FIOS - This is not a factor (or shouldn't be) as my Bolt worked fine (for the short time it did work...long story) under both Verizon FiOS and Frontier FiOS. I live in California and was forced to switch to Frontier earlier this year.

Is my service just not fully activated yet, and that I just need to wait a bit longer?
