I recently saw a review for a show that airs on the Ovation Network. I went to set up a One Pass for it, only to discover it was not in my guide. I checked Charter's website and I am supposed to receive the channel. Turns out, it was not checked in my Tivo settings to be a channel I wanted to show up, so I checked the box and now it shows up (ch. 829). Now the problem is there is no guide info for the channel at all - one long program stretching for every day of the guide. If I use the iOS Tivo app on my phone, it doesn't even see channel 829 as being available to me. I know of the issues there have been with no info in the guide for certain channels and certain areas, but this seems different because I haven't had guide issues with any other channels in quite a while. Does anyone else have an issue with Ovation? This is Charter in western Massachusetts.
