I'm not sure what I think about this. There were quite a few things I liked, but at the same time, it seemed rather weak. Barry seemed to decide pretty quickly that he'll let his mother get killed. I know he was there for three months, but still, it seemed like the decision, when it was presented, was made quickly.
Being familiar with the original Flashpoint storyline in the comics, I was expecting something a bit more.... grand. In the comics, enough history had changed that the world itself was on the verge of destruction. Here, the changes were much more minor and personal.
And I guess this season will be a sort of like Quantum Leap where we keep having different scenarios that need to be fixed until he can finally set it all right.
