TiVo App Streaming from Roamio Cuts off Picture

Does anyone else have the issue of the format of the video on their TiVo App not matching what the streamed episode is?

I have noticed that the formatting of the streamed video is smaller than what it should be. For instance, if there is text on the screen, it gets cut off on the sides.

You can see this in the attached screen shot. Is there any way to fix this?
