Wiring Question

My set up is simple. I have a TIVO Roamio that is connected to an HDTV via HDMI.

I bought an A/V tuner for some outdoor speakers, my main reason will be for music to play outdoors...

But, if I want to have the audio that is playing on the television that is coming from the Roamio play outdoors as well, what would I need to do?

Also, would the audio be able to play simultaneously on the TV indoors and on the speakers outdoors?
