Uploading from PC to Type4 DVR

I have a type 4, 4 tuner HD DVR provided by my cable company, which is RCN with 2 TiVo minis slaved to it via a moca adapter. I recently had to replace the main box and used TiVo desktop to download the DVR to my computer. I want to upload what I copied back to the new DVR. I can download from the new box to ny PC but I have cannot upload anything from the PC to the new box. It does see my PC but when I try to access the content from the DVR it says that it cannot retrieve the content. Apparently it sees it there but cant pull it up.I did set the DVR to look for the IP address that TiVo desktop says is the correct address. Can anyone figure out what is preventing me from accessing the content on my PC?
