Comcast Branded Remote Useable?

I recently picked up a model 7465, and am looking at getting extra remotes since the one that came with the unit has a fair bit of button wear.

I see on e-Bay there's a "Comcast Xfinity Tivo Remote" that looks very similar, although with an extra On Demand" button and slightly different button arrangement. Will this remote work with my Tivo? A search of the forum and web didn't give me a warm & fuzzy.
