Clear & Delete Everything Question

I have a basic Roamio that has a very strange problem. The Search function is broken. By broken I mean any show I find has "Not Currently Available". Most do have the artwork. This has been a problem for about a month. I have run Guided Setup, changed zipcodes, power cycled many times. It did not happen at the 20.7.1 update, but weeks after.
