Premier problem - "to be announced"

In late January, I came home from a three week trip. When I turned on TV/Tivo, my channel guide showed "to be announced" for all my listed channels. The saved channels were all OK, and all recorded programs were fine. I did a simple reset, (power off/power on after5 mins.) and everything seemed OK for a few days; then a few days later, "tba" popped up again. This has probably happened 8/9 times since January.

I think I remember sometime in Jan. there was supposed to be some fancy...
