Bought a used Premiere and Roamio, any subscription deal?

Given both units are over 3 years old and had previous paid subscription, I don't feel $14.99 a month is justified.

Has anyone had any luck in getting discounted Lifetime deal on these used unit?

I talked to a retention rep, who said that no deal is currently available now even though I have a few $99 Lifetime deals on my accounts previously.
