Bolt, MoCa, and unprovisioned coax?

I have installed a new TiVo Bolt in the past couple days in my apartment. It’s right next to my router, so I’ve plugged the coax cable from the wall splitter into the Bolt as well as an ethernet cable connected to the router. When I turn on MoCa on the Bolt, I get error message C33, but I called TiVo customer support and the representative told me that was normal. The TiVo can connect to the internet and MoCa + Ethernet do show as the network setting.
