Guided Setup "Preparing to loaf"

So, I just moved and I'm getting my Romio pro ready for a new provider; tech will be coming Monday with a CableCard.

I pulled the old card to send back to Verizon, wired up everything to connect to the internet via MoCa (thanks for the help with that, fellow TCFers), and began guided setup. I put in my zip code, and it goes through the steps (preparing, connecting, getting info, disconnecting). Now, I'm at "loading info," and it says "preparing to load." It's been about 30 minutes so far....
