Just unboxed refurb-Gap in case

Hi All,

Long time Premiere owner and just decided to upgrade to the Bolt.

Just received my refurb Bolt and noticed that the two pieces of plastic do not line up properly at all.

I know I could probably pop the piece off and back on but it doesn't seem to be wanting to come off easily at all and I don't want to void the warranty by opening the box up.

Called TiVo and literally tried to explain the situation for nearly 20 minutes. Sadly, she hardly spoke English and had no clue what I was...
