Linking Tivo's in 2 houses

I have Tivo in 2 houses:
House 1 has Roamio Pro with several mini's
House 2 has Bolt + with several mini's.

All equipment is on the same Tivo online account.

Both houses have 50x25 internet with ~15ms latency site to site. House 1 is 192.168.0.0/24, house 2 is 192.168.5.0/24. I can (but have not yet) set up a site-to-site VPN between them.

Is it possible to:
1. Watch content recorded on House 1's Roamio from House 2?
2. Transfer shows between House 1 and 2? I tried this with...
