New Sagemcom router blocking out of home Bolt streaming??

Hello -
This morning I had Spectrum come out and replace my old Linksys router (it was not keeping up with the speed that I was paying for) with one of theirs (Sagemcom). I was able to out of home stream successfully with the Linksys, but with the Sagemcom I'm getting a "Streaming Not Supported - The version of software on this streaming device does not support out-of-home streaming". I checked the router and Mac filtering is not on and DHCP is enabled. Is anyone aware of streaming issues...
