Power saving/Standby timeouts for mini

Could someone list the different Power saving/Standby timeouts for TiVo Mini.

I *think* the timeout to go into standby when watching livetv with no further action is 4hrs?

When I'm on TiVo central with no tuner attached, it seems to go into a screensaver mode after a few (maybe 10-15) minutes with a bouncing message saying to Press TiVo or LiveTV. Does this lead to going into standby in less than 4hrs?
