Roamio & Mini with no net @ mini

I'm moving my Roamio Pro & Mini to a high rise type condo where adding a y wires it very difficult. The place has a small Q Box where all the coax & net cables connect, but it's not easy to access or add much equipment to. It's metal & far from the den.
The Family room Roamio has a net outlet & single coax outlet.
The Den Mini has only a coax outlet & a phone line.
Must I buy something to get internet to the Mini via MOCA?
If so, where would any MoCA adapter have to go?
