I have a launch Tivo Premiere with lifetime that's served me well over the years however recently it's started to have an odd issue. Over the last couple of weeks, the picture quality output by my Premiere has degraded severely (looking pixelated, almost interlaced) and the only fix seems to be a restart. I've narrowed the issue to my Premiere because other HD sources on the TV going through the same receiver look fine when the issue occurs. I also swapped HDMI cables and the issues...
