TiVo reporting incorrect file size

It seems like TiVo somehow got bad info from the video stream (bad headers?) and is reporting inaccurate file sizes. Needless to say, I don't think a nearly 3 hour HD recording is 4.57 GB at 3.92 Mbps. Video plays back fine on my TiVo but I am unable to download in kmttg or directly from the TiVo via HTTPS - the download cuts off after a few moments. Is there anything I can do here?
